You can book your diving trips via

📌 Email, phone, WhatsApp, Messenger, Viber, Telegram, or SMS.
The organizer of the diving trips is Red Sea Diving Academy, a diving center in Hurghada, Egypt, located at:
New Marina St., Hurghada 1, Red Sea Governorate 84517 (along with its Egyptian partner offices).
Reservation Requirements
A reservation is complete only when the client provides the following:
First name(s) and last name(s) of all participants.
Full name of the hotel.
A working mobile phone number in Egypt.
A copy of the first page of the passport (including the photo and visa obtained at the airport).
Confirmation of Participation
Participation requires a written confirmation (via message or SMS) from the organizer. This confirmation may cover multiple participants and must include:
The name of the person who placed the order.
The program of your diving.
Pickup time.
The amount to be paid.
Client Responsibilities
Verify all provided data carefully. Any errors must be reported to the office immediately for correction.
The client is fully responsible for incorrect data submitted during booking and must cover any resulting costs (e.g., transport, lunch, diving guide fees) no later than the trip day.
If incorrect data causes financial losses to the company, the client is liable for reimbursement.
Schedule Changes
The office reserves the right to adjust pickup times. Changes will be communicated the day before the trip via SMS or messenger to the phone number provided during booking.
The client must keep their phone switched on the day before and during the trip.
No-shows due to missed updates (e.g., phone turned off/unreachable) will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
Final Check-In Requirement
Each participant must provide their hotel room number after arrival in Egypt (via SMS, phone, WhatsApp, Messenger, Viber, Telegram, or email). Failure to do so may result in missing the trip.
